Topic: Knitting Machine Woes
Today was a good day and that's not what is bothering me. Since you are reading I'll tell you what my problem is...I bought a knitting machine off e-bay and when it arrived it was broken. It looked like a three hundred pound fella stepped on it. I am so upset I cried. I paid quite a chunk of money for this outfit, not to mention that I have waited 20 years to get one. I have contacted the person who sold it to me...sent two e-mails and they have not answered. I am trying to think positive and reassure myself that the insurance will cover the damages but I pretty much know that I will have to ship it somewhere to get it fixed and shipping is not cheap. I was looking forward to sitting by the fire knitting away all during thanksgiving. So much for that!

I wanted to come home today and whip up a cool poncho for my daughter but my ear is hurting. It was a pretty good day. I have been reading a lot on the net about machine knitting and getting a ton of great ideas.
